Our concept revolves around expressing luxury through harmony. Throughout all our activities – from team formation, to project decision-making and client relationship management – we sought harmony, always discovering new aspects of it.

LUXURY EXPRESSED THROUGH HARMONY
Beyond merely being composed of refined living spaces, WIN Herastrau aims at achieving harmony at all levels:
VISUAL HARMONY – generated by choice of shapes and colour palettes as well as the arrangement of areas which result in a seamless integration within the community, nature and neighbouring buildings,

Design
CAREFULLY PROJECTED STRUCTURAL DESIGN
Incorporating structural pillars within the building architecture was done to be hidden from view, with a general radial type foundation and a sealed enclosure.
MODERN ARCHITECTURAL CONCEPT
To embrace modern architecture and to ensure a comfortable living, loggia extensions of the interior living spaces were designed. Moreover, the usable height in apartments is 2.75m.
EFFICIENT AND AESTHETICAL INSTALLATIONS
Climate control is ensured through floor heating, while apartments have a VRV-type air conditioning system with exterior units placed out of view.
HARMONIOUS EXTERIOR FINISHES
The exterior design is composed of aluminum, with large glazed 3-fold glass that ensures optimal thermal transfer. Moreover, this area is protected from the elements by a sunshade, also creating intimacy.
EXQUISITE INTERIOR FINISHES
Stratified hardwood flooring in the living room, bedroom, hallways and kitchen as well as painted MDF doors, hidden bearings and magnetic locks ensure both comfort and safety.

Clients may opt for other features such as fresh air circulation system, central vacuuming system, smart home functionality, roof cooling system, access doors appearing as bookshelves.
