CRISTIAN PASCU
Cristian Pascu is the current CEO of PSC Group and the catalyst of the group. Within the past ten years, he has led over twenty projects in the residential, hotel, industrial and infrastructure areas.
Following family tradition, Cristian Pascu has consolidated the initiatives of his father, Eng. Dumitru Pascu, infusing them with a vital and young entrepreneurial spirit. In parallel, he created and implemented his significant real estate projects. He built his reputation on complex market knowledge and a client-first approach.
Additionally, he has vast experience in the banking and finance sectors, with a focus on collaboration with banking and financing institutions for a wide variety of crediting activities and investments.
GABRIEL FLORESCU
Gabriel Florescu, managing partner of PSC Group, contributes to all aspects of project development, together with Cristian Pascu. He is a graduate of the Bucharest Law School and member of the Bucharest Bar. Before joining our team, he perfected his abilities working for one of the most important law firms in the country, Popovici & Asociatii.
Guided by his substantial knowledge of construction, Gabriel ensures that the projects follow local norms and regulations and certifies that best practices are respected continuously. In the last twelve years, he has gained vast experience in negotiating contracts, implementing and controlling costs.
DUMITRU PASCU
Mr. Dumitru Pascu founded and established the principles of the corporate group PSC Group.
In the past decades, Mr. Dumitru Pascu’s name has been associated with remarkable construction projects in Romania and Germany. In his over 30 years of activity, Mr. Dumitru Pascu has worked with well-known construction companies, such as Astaldi, Strabag, Antrepriza de Constructii Montaj Bucuresti, which develop some of the most challenging projects in Romania. In Germany, Mr. Pascu led the construction of the Municipal Hospital in Bremen. In Romania, he coordinated teams responsible for building many residential, hotels, office and industrial projects in Bucharest, Pitesti, Craiova and Ilfov. (e.g. The Consolidation of the Fine Mechanics Institute of Bucharest, La Rocca Hotel & Ballroom, WIN Herastrau, Ion Minulescu Residencial, Aviatorilor 92 Office Building, Tuborg Factory, Mallmart Mall, etc.)
Mr. Dumitru Pascu is a cherished mentor for PSC Group and a consultant for different investment entities.
COSTI ȘERBĂNESCU
Mr. Costi Șerbănescu is a family member and founder of PSC Group, together with Mr. Dumitru Pascu. Similarly, he gained experience over 30 years of activity, developing individual and collective residences, La Rocca Hotel and Ballroom, La Rocca Restaurants and as well he manages production activities auxiliary to the real estate domain.
Mr. Costi Șerbănescu has founded and runs the first and one of the largest PVC and aluminum factories in the country, actively managing the development teams of multiple projects in Romania’s main cities.
